Wearable Midi Controller

I want to make an XY midi controller that senses the position of your foot on a two dimensional plane. The controller would connect to a software synth through USB midi. Each axis will be able to control a parameter in the software. This would allow a musician to change parameters while still using two hands on an instrument.

Materials

• Arduino Pro Micro
• MPU-6050 breakout OR ZX Gesture Sensor (suggestions welcome)
• Push button
• Velcro strap
